|Adrienne began lessons on the Spinet Organ at the age of 9 and within months she knew that she wanted to be a music teacher when she grew up. Recognizing that organ was not the “instrument of the future”, her teacher wisely introduced her to guitar, and soon after piano, supplemented with rudiment theory lessons. By the age of 15 she was recruited as an apprentice in his large Ontario student and her career began!
Having taught private & studio music lessons to all ages for over 30 years, Adrienne is well experienced in many genres & styles including classical/Royal Conservatory, pop, classic rock & ragtime. She loves teaching individual and group classes in rudiment theory, history and harmony. But as an evangelical Christian and faithful follower of Jesus Christ her true passion is praise and worship music and she specializes in training young musicians to play in a church worship team setting.
Adrienne has formed and discipled youth praise bands everywhere she has lived, including Guelph, Cambridge & Elmira Ontario, as well as in Selkirk Manitoba. Adrienne is eager to explore the gifting of the students in Southern Manitoba & is excited to see what opportunities God has to offer.
